Intro to Sculpture

ABOUT THE CLASS

Introduction to Sculpture gives the beginner an opportunity to start working with clay. This class will outline the basic techniques of sculpting clay and will be open ended for students to create whatever they desire. Participants will have access to all of the supplies and equipment needed to create their next masterpiece!

INSTRUCTOR

Whitney Goller

Whitey Goller is an artist living in Athens, Ohio. She received her Masters of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from East Tennessee State University in 2016. Goller is inspired by movies, cultural symbolism, and Romantic Period monsters. She sees to conjure the magic of narrative, ritual, and symbolism in her work. Whitney works in painting, drawing, printmaking, and ceramics.
